The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'Skyline' draws inspiration from a famous piece of early Michael Jordan legacy – a promotional shot featuring a mid-flight MJ striking his instantly recognisable Jumpman pose, framed against the Chicago skyline and the sky at dusk. On each shoe's textile overlay, gradient pink and lavender tones are applied in an ad hoc manner to mimic the latter. They are contrasted with a white-finished leather base and black embellishments on the internal lining, high-cut collar, and iconic Swoosh. The midsole, which has encapsulated Air-sole cushioning and is strengthened by a black rubber outsole, has an aged off-white look.
