Nike introduces the Air Max 1. Dressed in a mesh upper with additional suede overlays, the sneaker features Nike branding details as well as signature TPU eyestays near the collar. The Nike-branded tongue tag makes an impression, while the embroidered text at the heel makes a statement. The Max Air unit is supported by a rubber outsole underneath, supporting the rest of the design.
